Electrical Enclosures (Adaptable Boxes)
British Standard Barton adaptable boxes are manufactured from steel and are available with plain sides or knockouts.
Flanged lids are fitted as standard to all boxes and are secured by M5 x 8mm mushroom head screws.
Neoprene gaskets are available and supplied to order at an extra charge (F415).
The complete range is manufactured in accordance with BS 4568 Part 2 and BS 60670.
The standard finish is galvanised. Where boxes are supplied with knockouts, the number and size are as follows:
