Barton Engineering has a 130-year + association with conduit and cable management, dating back to the
1890s
when Barton & Sons was first incorporated.
1936
Barton & Sons renamed Barton Conduits Ltd.
1987
Barton Conduits Ltd renamed Barton Engineering Ltd.
2005
Barton opened its first overseas branch, and all export sales were transferred to JAFZA branch.
2015
The Barton business and assets were acquired by the GFG Alliance (Liberty House Group) in 2015
2016
From 2016 onwards, Liberty Building Solutions FZE, a company based in JAFZA was responsible for all worldwide sales and marketing activity and the manufacturing arrangements of Barton.
2022
Liberty Building Solutions was renamed Barton Engineering FZE and continues the 130-year association with Barton, the market leading brand of conduit. Barton and Barton Engineering are registered trademarks in multiple countries worldwide and owned by Barton Engineering FZE.
